PURPOSE: An optical waveguide is provided to graft a functional light device which applied a various planar light circuit structures by using a grapheme, thereby manufacture the various and economical light devices.;CONSTITUTION: A graphene layer(130) is made in a strip form along the longitudinal direction of a substrate(110). The graphene layer is a material comprising a thin planar structure in which the carbon atom is connected, and has an electrical property.
