PURPOSE: An image sensor module is provided to embed an image sensor in a lower direction of a circuit substrate, thereby easily thinning the camera module.;CONSTITUTION: A lens assembly including a filter is arranged on an upper part of a circuit substrate(10). An image sensor(20) is embedded in a lower direction of the circuit substrate and is bonded to the circuit substrate. The image sensor is embedded in a sensor pad unit(11). A guide hole(12) is formed on the circuit substrate as an oval shape. An opening(13) is formed for sensing an image on the circuit substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
