NOVEL BACILLUS VALLISMORTIS BS07M WITH PROMOTING EFFECT OF PLANT GROWTH AND IMPROVING EFFECT OF COLD-TOLERANCE, AND MICROBIAL AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel strain, Bacillus vallismortis BS07M, with enhanced cold resistance on crops and a microorganism formulation containing the same are provided to suppress the growth of plant pathogens and to activate an immune function of the crops. CONSTITUTION: A novel strain, Bacillus vallismortis BS07M(KCTC11991BP), is denoted by sequence number 1. The strain has antibacterial ability against plant pathogens and immunity against plant diseases. The strain is used in a microbial agrochemical, a microbial fertilizer, a seed coating agent, a soil conditioner, decomposed manure, or a foliar spray. A microorganism formulation contains the strain or a culture medium thereof.
