PURPOSE: A wireless internet advertisement system using a smart phone is provided to display advertisement guide information in a bottom screen of the smart phone when an opponent call is received and to access a website URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of an advertiser server included in call discount advertisement service request information at the same time as the end of call access.;CONSTITUTION: An advertisement server receives advertisement service request information from advertiser servers or advertiser terminals and transmits call discount advertisement service request information to a smart phone(S10). The smart phone transmits inputted call discount advertisement service registration information to the advertisement server(S20). The smart phone displays advertisement guide information in a bottom screen at the same time as the reception of a call(S30).
