PURPOSE: A deicing device and a ship with the same are provided to effectively remove snow or ice piled up on an area exposed to an external environment.;CONSTITUTION: A deicing device(100) comprises a receiving part, a conveyor belt, and a driving part. In order to open the top of the receiving part, the receiving part is recessed downward from the bottom surface of an open deck(2). The conveyor belt is buried in the receiving part so that the exterior top surface of the conveyor belt can be positioned on same plane as the bottom surface, and the conveyor belt conveys ice or snow along the longitudinal direction of the receiving part to remove ice or snow piled up on the exterior top surface.
