PURPOSE: A surface processing method of a polarizer protecting film and a polarizing plate using the same are provided to achieve excellent adhesive strength and maintain the adhesive strength for a long time while maintaining optical properties at least equal to those of the existing methods when bonded to a polarizer.;CONSTITUTION: A surface processing method of a polarizer protecting film includes a step of applying plasma discharge treatment to one or both sides of a polarizer(4) protecting film by using reaction gas containing amino compounds having an unsaturated double bond in at least one terminus.
