ENTRAINED FLOW GASIFIER CAPABLE OF REDUCING AN AMOUNT OF FLYASH FLYING WITH SYNTHETIC GAS

PURPOSE: An entrained flow gasifier is provided to prevent slag particles from flying so as to become fly ash by installing a structure capable of collecting fine slag particles melted inside of a gasifier.;CONSTITUTION: A chamber(110) generates synthetic gas. A burner(120) supplies fuel and oxygen into the chamber. A gas outlet unit(130) discharges synthetic gas generated in the chamber to the outside. A slag discharge unit(140) discharges slag generated when generating synthetic gas to the outside. A fly ash collection unit(200) collects fly ash generated when generating synthetic gas. The fly ash collection unit is installed across from one inner wall of the chamber to the other inner wall. The fly ash collection unit arranges a plurality of pipe shape members in a spiral shape in the chamber. The plurality of pipe shape members are arranged by making an inclination in the inner wall. The plurality of pipe shape members is one of a fireproof material-coated pipe or a fireproof material-formed bar in which cooling water flows inside thereof, and which surface includes silicon carbide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
