PURPOSE: A touch sensing device and a touch sensing device manufacturing method are provided to increase the actual sensing area in comparison to the number of electrode channels arranged in a touch sensing panel.;CONSTITUTION: A transparent(100) includes a touch sensing area(140) and an outside area(150) which surrounds the touch sensing area. A first circuit substrate(210) is arranged on one side of the touch sensing area. A second circuit substrate(220) is arranged on the another side which is faced with one side of the touch sensing area. The touch sensing area includes column electrodes, patch electrodes, first wirings, and second wirings.
