PURPOSE: A dielectric component is provided to realize high temperature reliability, and to realize reduction-resistant and restraint of grain growth without using rare-earth materials by comprising a first minor component, a second minor component, a third minor component, and a forth minor component at an optimal content.;CONSTITUTION: A ceramic electronic component comprises a ceramic body(110) laminated with multiple dielectric layers, an inner electrode, and an outer electrode(120a,120b). A dielectric composition comprising the dielectric layers comprises a first minor component, a second minor component, a third minor component, and a forth minor component. The first minor component comprises a content(x) of 0.1-1.0at% of carbonate or an oxide containing a transition metal to 100mole of the base metal powder. The second minor component comprises a content(y) of 0.01-5.0at% of carbonate or an oxide containing a fixed valence acceptor element to 100mole of the base metal powder.
