PURPOSE: A composition for anti-infection and disposition of Actinobacillus pleropneumonia is provided to be used for prevention or disposition of Actinobacillus pleropneumonia without affecting other useful resident flora. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-infection and disposition of Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia comprises separated bacteriophage PA1 or variant of bacteriophage PA1phi as an active ingredient. Separated bacteriophage PA1phi has the extinction capability of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae bacteria and has accession number which is KCTC 11796BP. Variant of bacteriophage PA1phi has the same phenotypic characteristics as bacteriophage PA1phi and has extinction capability of Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia bacteria.
