PURPOSE: Optical flow estimation of a video based on a block using an approximate value is provided to increase the whole estimation speed by removing the optical flow estimation for a block which convergence speed is fast. CONSTITUTION: An image processing device separates a reference image from a plurality of reference blocks(S10). The image processing device determines whether or not optical flow for the reference blocks is estimated(S20). The image processing device estimates optical flow of the reference blocks(S30). The image processing device estimates optical flow of the reference image based on the estimated optical flow(S40).
