PURPOSE: A building structure monitoring device and a method using a 3D scanner based on 3D scan data are provided to compare data scanned a building structure with the 3D scanner and a design drawing, thereby determining construction accuracy and whether a schedule is delayed.;CONSTITUTION: A building structure monitoring device comprises a building data receiving unit(121) and a construction accuracy analysis unit(125). The building data receiving unit receives the construction data of a building structure.
