PURPOSE: A method for managing surface temperature of a mobile device and a method for managing heat of a memory in a multi-chip package are provided to use a surface temperature management table, thereby managing surface temperature in real time.;CONSTITUTION: Temperature of an application processor is sensed in an operation mode(S220). Surface temperature of a target part of a mobile device is managed by controlling the application processor based on the sensed temperature and a surface temperature management table(S240). The surface temperature management table includes information related to temperature of the application processor corresponding to the surface temperature of the target part. The surface temperature management table includes temperature for the target part corresponding to the temperature of the application processor for distinguishing a point of time of controlling the application processor in order to decrease the surface temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
