PURPOSE: A tunnel entrance blocking device including a safety machine is provided to maximize stability and reliability by including a safety machine preventing abnormal operation. CONSTITUTION: A tunnel entrance blocking device including a safety machine comprises a housing, a winding shaft(20), a blocking unit, a control unit(40), a sensing unit, a guide unit, and a controller(70). The housing is mounted on a structure and reciprocates by a roller. The winding shaft is accommodated in the housing and rotates by being connected to a motor with a connection unit. The blocking unit is wound at periphery of the winding shaft and is spread or is wound due to rotation of the motor. The control unit is mounted on a rotation path of the winding shaft and selectively transfers power according to a load of the motor. The sensing unit is mounted on the inside of the housing and outputs a height by sensing gradations of the blocking unit. The guide unit is mounted on a moving path of the blocking unit and guides winding or spreading of the blocking unit. The controller receives a signal of the sensing unit and outputs rotation signals to the motor.
