PURPOSE: A hot water supplying device using the exhaust of a rotary type soup oven is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by preheated water when supplying hot water through an instant water heater.;CONSTITUTION: A hot water supplying device using the exhaust of a rotary type soup oven is installed on the side or rear side of a rotary type soup oven. Exhaust is discharged through an exhaust hole formed in the outer container(120) of a soup oven body(100). The outer container of a soup oven body is formed with an exhaust hole for discharging exhaust. The exhaust goes through the heat exchanger(300) of a hot water tank(310) by a collecting member for heating the water inside the hot water tank before being discharged. A preheater(330) is arranged to be submerged inside the hot water tank for heating water. The inlet(331) of the preheater is directly connected to a water pipe for preheating the water. The outlet(332) of the preheater is connected to an instant water heater(400) for supplying the preheated water at a predetermined temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
