PURPOSE: A security system for an elevator using multi-authenticating units and a smart phone is provided to improve traceability and remote-controllability by using a smart phone-based application. CONSTITUTION: A security system for an elevator using multi-authenticating units and a smart phone comprises an RFID smart key(10), a fingerprint reader(20), an RFID smart key sensor(30), an infrared detector(40), a main server(50), a smart phone(60), a control unit(70), and a remote-monitoring system(80). The RFID smart key stores encoded identifying information and wirelessly transceives with the RFID smart key sensor. The RFID smart key sensor automatically receives the information of the RFID smart key belonging to a user to authenticate the user, and transmits received data to the main server. The infrared detector is installed in an outer door of a first floor elevator to detect a number of access people by infrared rays when the users enter. The control unit transmits the data to the main server.
