FUNCTIONAL BIODEGRADABLE STAPLE USING A FUNCTIONAL MASTER BATCH CONTAINING A LOESS INGREDIENT, A METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME, AND A NON-WOVEN FABRIC FABRICATED BY THE METHOD
PURPOSE: A functional biodegradable staple, a method for fabricating the same, and a non-woven fabric fabricated by the method are provided to adjust the ratio of a functional master bath containing a loess ingredient, to change antibacterial property and far-infrared ray effect, and to ensure soft texture.;CONSTITUTION: A functional biodegradable staple contains 90-98 wt% of biodegradable resin and 2-10 wt% of a functional master bath. The functional master bath contains 7-27 parts by weight of a loess ingredient and 0.14-0.21 parts by weight of a silver ingredient. The biodegradable resin includes 60-95 wt% of PLA resin and 5-40 wt% of PBS-based resin. The melting index of the biodegradable resin is 15-45g/10min. The melting point measured by DSC is 145-170 deg.
