摘要

PURPOSE: Functional polyolefin-based staple fiber containing green lipped mussel, a manufacturing method thereof, and thermal bond non-woven fabric using the same are provided to minimize skin irritation while minimizing property degradation of the non-woven fabric. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional polyolefin-based staple fiber includes the following steps: melting polyolefin resin; spinning a melted material in speed of 50-140m/min at a spinning temperature of 220-270C; drawing the spun undrawn yarns with a drawing ratio of 1.5-4.0 and a preheating temperature of 50-80C; adding crimp on the drawn filament; solidifying liquid resin and spinning oil on the filament; and cutting the surface-processed filament to a predetermined length.
