PURPOSE: A method of making hollow fiber for highly strengthening water treatment is provided to have hydrophilicity by reforming to increase the speed of permeability.;CONSTITUTION: A method of making hollow fiber for highly strengthening water treatment comprises the following steps. Metal hydroxide dissolves in pure water to make alkali water with a catalyst. The alkali water, poly vinylidene fluoride resin and a good solvent are mixed to make the first macromolecular solution at a low temperature. The second macromolecular solution is made. Hydrophilized poly vinylidene fluoride resin for spraying is made. A hollow fiber film is made after the hydrophilized poly vinylidene fluoride resin for spraying is sprayed through a spinneret.
