PURPOSE: A test apparatus of hardness of concrete for determining slip form lifting time and a method for placing the slip form using the same are provided to recognize hardness of concrete by observing and touching, and to determine the lift of the slip form.;CONSTITUTION: A test apparatus of hardness of concrete for determining slip form lifting time comprises: a main body(10) which is partially or entirely transparent and is a cylindrical member with an open bottom; a support rod(13) which is perpendicularly mounted in the main body; and a fixing member(11) which is coupled to the upper portion of the main body and lifts and lowers the main body by moving along the support rod.
