PURPOSE: An oxide green phosphor is provided to have a wide light-emitting spectrum than existing phosphors, thereby manufacturing a white LED with high color rending index and efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: An oxide green phosphor is represented by chemical formula 1: M_(5-x)N_6Si_2O_6:A_x. In chemical formula 1, M is one or more selected from Ca, Sr, Ba, and Zn; N is one or more selected from Br, F, Cl, and I; A is one or more ions selected from rare earth metal ion and transition metal ion; and 0.001=x=2.5. The rare earth metal ion and the transition metal ion is one or more selected from Eu^2+, Ce^2+, Mn^2+, Pr^3+, and Sm^3+.
