PURPOSE: Oxynitride phosphors are provided to have excellent stability, and to be able to control various colors from green to yellow by control of aluminum content, thereby using for fluorescent substance for tuning white LED.;CONSTITUTION: Oxynitride phosphors is in chemical formula: Y_(6+x/3-z)Si_(11-y)Al_yN_(20+x-y)O_(1-x+y):Re_z. In chemical formula 0=x=3, 0=y=3, 0.005=z=0.2. A manufacturing method of oxynitride phosphors comprises: a step of weighing particulate material of the phosphors; a step of manufacturing a mixture through dry-mixing the particulate material under the atmosphere of which oxygen and moisture content is maintained to 1ppm or less; and a step of manufacturing plasticizing under nitrogen atmosphere at 1300-2000 °C and 5-20 atm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
