PURPOSE: An x-ray tube forming a ray focused electron beam spot is provided to form a focused ray shaped electron beam by mounting an electrostatic quadruple pole electron lens between a gate electron part and a focused electron part.;CONSTITUTION: A cathode part(110) generates an electronic beam through an electron beam emitting source. A gate electron part(120) induces the emission of electrons. A focused electron part(130) induces the focusing of the emitted electrons.
