PASTE DISPENSING HEAD BEING ABLE TO MEASURE RESIDUAL QUANTITY OF PASTE AND METHOD OF MEASURING RESIDUAL QUANTITY OF PASTE INSIDE SYRINGE

PURPOSE: A paste dispensing head is provided to detect the paste height and residual quantity within the syringe by using a sensor capable of ascending or descending along the longitudinal direction of the syringe. CONSTITUTION: A paste dispensing head(10) comprises a syringe(20), a sensor(40), a sensor elevating unit, a regulator(27), and a controller(48). The syringe is filled with paste, and has a nozzle and a transparent exterior in the lower part. The sensor is positioned to enable to ascend or descend along the longitudinal direction of the syringe, and detects the height of the paste within the syringe. The sensor elevating unit ascends or descends the sensor. The regulator supplies the pressure within the syringe in order to discharge the paste. The controller controls the sensor elevating unit based on the signal of the sensor, and supplies pressure of the regulator. The sensor moves to the equivalent height of the paste.
