PURPOSE: A test device, a test method, and a device interface are provided to observe the light collecting position, accuracy, and imbalance of an optical coupler in a tested device.;CONSTITUTION: A test device comprises a substrate(110), an optical transmission line(120), and a lens unit(130). A tested device(10) is mounted on the substrate. The optical transmission line transmits an optical signal. The lens unit is installed in order to be faced with an optical coupler on the substrate.
