PURPOSE: A coil type ground heat exchanger construction structure, construction device, and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent a shape of a ground heat exchanger from being transformed and to improve quality and stability of construction. CONSTITUTION: A coil type ground heat exchanger construction structure, construction device, and a construction method thereof comprises a punching hole(10), a ground heat exchange pipe(20), an outer filling layer(30), an inner filling layer(40), and a nonwoven fabric(50). The punching hole forms a hole shape in the ground. The ground heat exchange pipe is arranged by being wrapped as a coil shape in the inside of the punching hole. The outer filling layer is filled with a filler to touch a periphery surface and a lower surface of the punching hole and fixes the ground heat exchange pipe. The inner filling layer fills the punching hole and fixes the ground heat exchange pipe. The nonwoven fabric is located between the outer filling layer and the inner filling layer and touches an inner circumference of the ground heat exchange pipe.
