PURPOSE: A sub-marine sediment collecting device is provided to rapidly mount a nose cone on a barrel through simple connection process.;CONSTITUTION: A sub-marine sediment collecting device comprises a hollow barrel(200), a hollow liner(300), a protrusion unit(210), and a nose cone(100). The hollow liner is inserted into the hollow barrel. The protrusion unit is formed at a lower part of the hollow barrel.
