PURPOSE: A black box for a distribution board is provided to implement accurate database by monitoring the inside of the distribution board and a component state through being mounted inside the distribution board. CONSTITUTION: A main body(1) is formed in a structure of opening and closing a dragger(2). A data collecting chamber(3) is fixed on the inner surface of the dragger. A stainless steel(11), a fire resistance layer(12), a thermoelectric layer(13) and a heat radiation layer(14) are formed from outside to inside. An air cooling chamber(15), an aluminum composite material fiber(17), and the data colleting chamber are formed from outside to inside. The composition is composed in order.
