PURPOSE: A heater cooling device having an automatic water temperature control function and a heater cooling filter for an aquarium including the same are provided to automatically maintain an appropriate water temperature in an aquarium. CONSTITUTION: A heater cooling device for an aquarium having an automatic water temperature control function comprises a case(110) that has an inlet and an outlet for inflow into the aquarium and supply of water from the aquarium; a heat conducting plate(120) that serves as a heating plate or a cooling plate by heat transfer and thus directly engages in controlling the temperature of water supplied to the aquarium; a Peltier device(130) which provides a heating or cooling function due to an exothermic or endothermic operation according to change of an electrode direction; a radiator(140) which is installed to prevent thermal runaway when the Peltier device is operated; a temperature sensor(150) for measuring water temperature when water is flowed into the aquarium; and a controller(160) for controlling the change of the electrode direction of the Peltier device.
