PURPOSE: A filtering-type cold and hot water generation apparatus for cooling and heating is provided to easily remove foreign materials from waste water by filtering, heating, or cooling during the transfer of water.;CONSTITUTION: A filtering-type cold and hot water generation apparatus for cooling and heating comprises a water intake unit(110), a temperature conversion unit, and a water discharge unit(140) which are successively connected according to the flow direction of water and comprise mutually connected housings(111,121,131,141). Each of the housings has an inlet and an outlet. The temperature conversion unit comprises a heating unit(120) having an electric heater(122) and a cooling unit(130) having a cooling coil(132) through which coolant flows.
