PURPOSE: An internal insulation construction structure of a reinforced concrete wall and a construction method thereof are provided to improve the insulation performance and save energy by preventing hot or cool air of the inside or the outside of a building from entering or exiting.;CONSTITUTION: An internal insulation construction structure of a reinforced concrete wall(1) comprises a lumber(20), a thermal reflection insulating material(40), and a finishing material(50). A tie rod(30) is laid under the reinforced concrete wall, and the lumber is inserted into a bent unit of the tie rod. The thermal reflection insulating material is attached on an inner surface of the reinforced concrete wall and connects the upper end to a ceiling insulating material(6).
