PURPOSE: A cargo hold with a sloshing load absorbing function and a sloshing load absorbing method thereof are provided to maintain the insulation performance of the cargo hold and to improve the stability of a ship by effectively circulating gas in a primary insulation space.;CONSTITUTION: A cargo hold with a sloshing load absorbing function comprises a tank body(10) and a primary membrane(20). The tank body is arranged in a hull and stores liquefied natural gas. The primary membrane is arranged inside the tank body and has protruding portions.
