PURPOSE: A device and a method for guiding a vehicle condition are provided to induce a safe drive for preventing accidents by collecting the information of the pedals in a vehicle and relaying the information to a driver.;CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for guiding a vehicle condition comprises an infrared communication module(210), an LED(220), an LED driving part(230), a control part(240), an OBD interface(250), and a bluetooth communication module(260). The infrared communication module receives pedal condition information from the infrared communication module of a pedal condition information collecting device(100). The OBD interface receives the vehicle condition information from an ODB system inside a vehicle through an OBD terminal. The control part transmits the pedal and vehicle condition information to a navigation system through the bluetooth communication module.
