PURPOSE: A vehicle environment setting device through recognition of a body form are provided to recognize the body form of a vehicle passenger and a driver with a camera filming the outside around a vehicle and supporting a vehicle environment setting according to the recognized body form.;CONSTITUTION: A vehicle environment setting device through recognition of a body form comprises an image input unit(110), an image processing unit(120), a vehicle control unit(130), and a door opening or closing sensor(140). The image input unit receives an image filmed by one or more cameras filming outside of the vehicle. The image processing unit comprises a detecting unit(121), a recognition unit(122), and a tracking unit(123). The detecting unit detects a person around the vehicle by processing the image inputted through the image input unit. The recognition unit recognizes the body form of the detected person, and the tracking unit tracks the detected person.
