PURPOSE: A toner return device and an image forming device with the toner return device are provided to return a toner without a complex tool, thereby scattering an accumulated toner.;CONSTITUTION: A screw(63) has a pin(63b) and returns a toner to an axial direction. A toner scattering member(64) is arranged corresponding to a return direction of the toner and scatters an accumulated toner. A base unit(64a) of the toner scattering member is extended corresponding to an axial unit of the screw. A flexible plate member(64b) of the toner scattering member is arranged at a touch position of the pin. A downstream side of the toner return direction is fixed to the base unit in the toner return direction of the screw.
