PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an ornament for accessories and an ornament thereof are provided to easily provide paint on one side of a injection-molded product after a pattern and a shape is injection-molded by using a mold.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an ornament for accessories comprises the following steps: A mold on which a pattern and a shape are formed is prepared(S100). The prepared mold is used to injection-mold a semi-spherical product(S200). A planar section of the semi-spherical product which is manufactured in the injection-molding step is formed with the pattern and the shape, and the entire planar section of the product is firstly colored by a pigment(S300). A concave groove is formed by following the pattern and the shape on the planar section after the first coloring step is performed on the entire planar section(S400). The whole surface is polished after groove cutting is completed(S500). A pigment which has a different color from the color of the first coloring step is inserted into the groove to be secondly colored after the surface polishing step is completed(S600).
