PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to extend the penetration path of moisture in air by arranging a resin for filling a cavity in a part of the outer upper of a first and a second partition wall.;CONSTITUTION: A body(20) includes a first partition wall(22) arranged in a first direction and a second partition wall(24) arranged in a second direction. A first and a second partition wall form a cavity(s) arranged in a light emitting device(10). A first and a second lead frame(13,14) are arranged in the lower surface of the body to supply power to the light emitting device. The inner sides of the first and the second partition wall have tilt angles. An insulating dam(16) for preventing the electrical short of the first and the second lead frame is formed between the first and the second lead frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
