PURPOSE: A seat device for a vehicle is provided to secure a wide luggage space and a passenger space by folding or vertically descending a rear seat with the simple operation of plural link members.;CONSTITUTION: A seat device for a vehicle comprises a storage unit(26), a link member(16), a latching device, and an elastic member. The storage unit is formed in the lower part of the floor of a vehicle for securing the indoor luggage space of the vehicle. The link member interconnects the lower side of a seat cushion(11) and the storage unit for folding and storing the rear seat in the storage unit. The latching device is equipped in a seatback(12) for fixing the unfolded or folded state of the seatback. The elastic member is installed in the link member in order to pop up the seat cushion and seatback while unfolding the seatback.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
