PURPOSE: A microcapsule admixture mixed with retarder is provided to control the setting time of concrete and mortar.;CONSTITUTION: A microcapsule admixture(10) mixed with retarder includes a core material(13) and a shell material(15) coated on the outer periphery of the core material. The core material includes retarder, and the shell material includes palm oil or wax. The retarder included in the core material is tartaric acid. The microcapsule admixture includes 60-80% of retarder as the core material, and 20-40% of palm oil or wax as the shell material. A manufacturing method of the microcapsule admixture mixed with retarder comprises the following steps: the core material including retarder is input in a coater of a fluid bed coating machine; the core material is fluidized in the coater; the shell materials are sprayed and coated on the outer periphery of the core material; and the coated core material is dried.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
