PURPOSE: An external input reduction unit and a steering route maintaining device comprising the same are provided to prevent a steering handle from vibrating or being twisted due to external input by sensing the external input from a road and controlling a control member.;CONSTITUTION: An external input reduction unit(170) comprises a control member(172), a sensor(174), and a controller(176). The control members are separately equipped in the joints of a first connection pipe(142), a second connection pipe(144), and a cylinder(140). The control member controls the opening of the joints. The sensor is equipped in a shaft(152) and senses external input applied to the shaft through a tire(T) according to the condition of a road.
