PURPOSE: A PC room recommending server, and a system and a method for recommending a PC room using thereof are provided to recommend a PC room which is dense with game users playing the same game with a specific game to a user playing the specific game. CONSTITUTION: A management server(310) of PC room collects a variety of information of PC rooms which are scattered over an area via a network(S1) and transmits the collected information of PC rooms to a PC room recommending server(330)(S2). A game providing server(320) extracts information of area when a user logs on and requests for use of a specific game, and transmits the extracted information of area to the PC room recommending server(S3, S4, S5). The PC room recommending server finds a PC room which is dense with game users playing the same game with the specific game based on the location of the user, by matching the information of PC rooms up with the information of area from received from the game providing server(S6, S7, S8). The PC room recommending server determines the priorities of recommending a PC room by giving priority to a PC room which has registered in a premium service, a PC room which is located in the shortest distance from the location of the user, and a PC room which has the most game users playing the same game with the specific game(S9, S10, S11). When the priorities of recommending a PC room are determined, the PC room recommending server outputs recommendation information of PC room according to the priorities, and transmits the recommendation information to a user terminal(S13). When the information of PC room and information of opening/temporary closing/closing states is updated, the management server of PC room is applied with the update information(S14, S15).
