PURPOSE: A liquor with viscosity containing fucoidan isolated from Sargassum horneri, and bio-ethanol prepared from Sargassum horneri are provided to contain fucoidan which is helpful for health. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a liquor comprises the following steps: a step of mixing 50-60 wt% of extract with viscosity containing fucoidan isolated from Sargassum horneri, 25-35 wt% of rice, 12-18 wt% of rice nuruk, and 0.0001-0.002 wt% of yeast; and culturing. A method for preparing bioethanol comprises the following steps: a step of mixing 47-57 wt% of water, 22-29 wt% of Sargassum horneri, 18-26 wt% of rice nuruk, and 0.001-0.004 wt% of yeast; and a step of culturing and distilling. A method for preparing the extract comprises the following steps: a step of spraying hot water to Sargassum horneri; a step of exuding focoidan; and a step of collecting the extract with viscosity containing focoidan.
