PURPOSE: An eco-friendly driving guide method of a vehicle and an apparatus thereof are provided to providing the information of current car speed status regarding the fuel efficiency, thereby inducing the fuel efficiency oriented driving habit to a driver.;CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly driving guide method of a vehicle is comprised of the following steps: a vehicle weight calculating step(S10) which calculates the weight of current vehicle; an electrical load calculating step(S20) which calculates the electrical load which is used for driving the assistance device other than the device used for driving the vehicle, among the total electrical load of current vehicle; a step(S30) which calculates current car weight which is calculated from a map of the car weight, the electric load, and the constant speed distance of the car speed and calculates the fuel efficiency oriented car speed which is able to secure the maximum constant speed distance according to the calculated current electric load; and a step(S40) which informs the calculated car speed to a driver.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) Cruising range map for the vehicle weight, the electrical load, and the car speed; (S10) Calculate a vehicle weight; (S20) Calculate the electrical load; (S30) Calculate a fuel efficiency oriented car speed; (S40) Display the fuel efficiency oriented car speed and a fuel efficiency level of the current car speed
