PURPOSE: A parking controlling method and a system thereof are provided to research a parking space while controlling parking, to modify a part of a produced parking path, and to control some parking in the parking path according to a modified parking path.;CONSTITUTION: A parking controlling system(100) comprises a parking space searching unit(140), a parking path forming unit(150), and a control unit(110). The parking space searching unit searches for a parking space and researches the parking space while controlling parking. The parking path forming unit produces a parking path for the searched parking space and modifies a part of the parking path if an error exists in the search of the parking space when researching the parking space while controlling parking. The control unit controls parking according to the parking path or a partially modified parking path.
