PURPOSE: A black steel sheet with a thin painting layer, excellent corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance, and a black anti-fingerprint resin composition which is used for the same are provided to reduce the amount of VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds) and to minimize impacts on the environment and the human body without using toxic heavy metal such as Cr, Pb, Hg, and Cd.;CONSTITUTION: A black steel sheet comprises a base steel sheet(110) and a black anti-fingerprint resin layer(120). The black anti-fingerprint resin layer is formed on one surface of the base steel sheet. The black anti-fingerprint resin layer is comprised of a cured product of a black anti-fingerprint resin composition including silicate, acrylic resin, urethane resin, a cross-linking agent, a solvent, wax, a slip agent, a wetting agent, and carbon black.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
