PURPOSE: A shear deformation device is provided to vibrate a torsion die with an ultrasonic excitation device and to reduce frictional force between the torsion die and a material passing through the torsion die.;CONSTITUTION: A shear processing device comprises a passage in which passing through a material(2). The passage comprises a torsion die(110) and an ultrasonic excitation device(200). The torsion die includes a torsion structure part. The ultrasonic excitation device is connected to the torsion die to vibrate the torsion die.
