PURPOSE: A multi-layer hollow fiber membrane and a method thereof are provided to not generating a delamination phenomenon by an inner support layer and an external coating layer having a strong binding force and to have a high strength and an excellent permeability at a same time.;CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer hollow fiber membrane has a 2-layered structure of a polymer support layer and a coating layer; or a 3-layered structure of the polymer support layer, a binder layer, and an outer-most coating layer. The coating layer comprises a binder when the hollow fiber membrane is the 2-layered structure.
