PURPOSE: Lactobacillus sp. AML 2-1 is provided to efficiently prepare polyamines and gamma-aminobutyric acid.;CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus sp. AML 2-1(deposit number: KCTC 12048BP) with excellent polyamine productivity has a base sequence in sequence number 1. Lactobacillus sp. AML 2-1(deposit number: KCTC 12048BP) with excellent gamma-butyric acid productivity has a base sequence in sequence number 1. A method for preparing polyamines comprises: a step of culturing Lactobacillus sp. AML 2-1 in a medium containing 0.5%(w/v) of ornithine; and a step of collecting polyamines from the culture medium. A method for preparing polyamine comprises: a step of culturing Lactobacillus sp. AML 2-1 in the medium; and a step of collecting gamma-aminobutyric acid from the culture medium.
