PURPOSE: A tweezers comprising a fixing device is provided to perforate holes on documents naturally in binding the documents, without forming holes on the documents using an additional perforator.;CONSTITUTION: A tweezes comprising a fixing device is constituted with a top plate, a bottom plate(130), a handle(170), a nut unit(133) and the fixing device(120). The top plate compresses a top surface of a document. The bottom plate compresses a bottom surface of the document. The handles apply force by being installed in the top plate and the bottom plate. The nut unit is fixed to an inner side of the bottom plate. The fixing device has male screw part on a lower part, and is connected to the nut unit by passing through the top plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
