TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR FINE DUSTS GENERATED DURING A LASER PROCESS, CAPABLE OF INCREASING THE SPEED OF DUST PROCESSING

PURPOSE: A treatment system for fine dusts generated during a laser process is provided to fundamentally prevent deterioration of the process due to the generation of dusts, thereby minimizing delays in the process due to the dusts.;CONSTITUTION: A treatment system(100) for fine dusts comprises a whirlwind container(110), a suction fan(120), a water tank(130), and an air path(150). The whirlwind container includes a lower part which has a cone-shaped inner space; and an upper part which has a cylinder-shaped inner space. The whirlwind container has an inlet in which dusts are flowed at the top; and a dust outlet(111e) at the bottom. The suction fan allows the dusts to flow into the whirlwind container through the inlet. The water tank receives the dusts which are flowed through the dust outlet and has a dust mixing liquid outlet(140) which discharges the liquid mixed with the dusts.
